Why can suede fluff?

Then we have to talk about the raw materials for making suede. The suede is woven from microfiber island silk, and then made by dyeing, spinning, sanding, dyeing, shaping, combing, and rolling. Island silk is the fundamental reason why suede can rise. It is difficult for a skillful woman to make a meal without rice. There are many sanding products, but the fabric without island silk cannot be ground to achieve the fluff effect of suede. It can be said that no island silk, no suede!

In fact, the island silk we have been talking about is not a single island silk, but an island type composite superfine mixed fiber network silk made of ordinary island silk and high shrinkage silk after network processing, referred to as "island silk". It is a combination of four concepts, including island silk, composite fiber, blended fiber and network silk. On the side of suede that needs to be raised, the island silk is selected as the raw material in the process of grey fabric weaving. When the island silk floats on the surface of the fabric with a large floating length, after the fiber opening process of the dyeing plant, the setting state of the high shrinkage silk is removed and shrinkage occurs. The sea component of the island silk is dissolved, and the island fibril is wrapped around the high shrinkage silk in a loose manner. The island raw fiber is composed of superfine fiber, with very fine fiber diameter and low absolute strength. Therefore, under the same conditions, the island fibril formed by the island silk is more easily broken than other fibers, resulting in many fine and even fluff clusters on the surface of the fabric.
