Can Suede Be Washed

Suede cannot be washed in water. Due to the characteristics of the suede fabric, the suede clothes are not water resistant, and they will easily deform, shrink or wrinkle when soaked in water. When cleaning, special cleaning solvent can be used to clean, and the effect will be better.
If the suede fabric is stained with dust or oil, it is difficult to deal with it. You should first wipe the dust or oil stains on the surface with a dry cloth, and then use a special adhesive brush to smooth the fur on the suede in one direction, because the fur of the suede will only give the whole leather a uniform color when it is in the same direction.
Artificial suede is not resistant to high temperature. Hot water should not be used during cleaning to avoid scalding the clothes, causing damage or wrinkles. In addition, artificial suede should not be exposed to direct sunlight for a long time during drying, so as to avoid dry cracking of the clothes and affect the use.
