How To Recover The Hard Suede After Washing
Jan 10, 2023
The suede cannot be recovered after it becomes hard after being soaked in water. It can only be avoided when cleaning and wearing in the later stage to prevent the material from becoming harder. If you are afraid that the suede will become hard after being soaked in water, you can evenly spray a layer of waterproof spray on the surface before wearing it.
The suede cleaning methods mainly include the following:
1. You can use a bath towel to gently rub suede to repair short fluff.
2. Rub the affected part with a pencil to remove the stains and spots. If it is wet, put a paper towel on the spot to absorb most of the liquid. Be careful not to use any stain remover or other products.
3. It is the best way to clean suede with a light wet cloth dipped in a small amount of white vinegar. Gently rub the surface with cotton cloth to let it dry naturally.
In order to prevent the suede from becoming hard, we should pay special attention to it when cleaning and storing. First of all, because the shoes are to be worn after all, and the suede surface will show a tense state when being pressed by your feet for a long time, so the first step is to let the suede relax,
The shoelace or button should be untied, and then fixed with the shoe brace. First, dust can be removed, and special suede brush can be used. In the process, it is better not to brush back and forth or brush hard. When not wearing, use the shoe brace to fix the shoes and put them on the shoe rack to avoid sun exposure and water stains.
